Unable to log into chat

I use to have a chat account but haven't used it in awhile. Wanted to get back into it. I tried logging in but said my password was wrong so I looked to reset it. When I put in my email it said "No user was found with those details" but I've checked my email and it was the one I received the verification through

After the upgrade ,non active account after two weeks will get auto deleted. How long were you away? I afraid your account has no longer exist hence pls create new account .
