When coming here to this forum asking for information or help about getting kicked or banned or any other issues it is imperative that you provide your ACN chatroom username. Your forum username will not be recognized in the ACN chatroom so you must provide your ACN chatroom username here with your forum post in order for a moderator or administrator to investigate your issue.

I was banned tonight and I have no idea why. I was in a pvt chat with a friend and used the term “awww “and then all of a sudden I was banned. I was not aware the emotional term “aww” was considered spam. Can you please lift the ban since it was a innocent mistake. Thank you
