On Wednesday evening UK time, I had a conversation with one of the site mods “Mysterious Muse” it was in relation to me being kicked following a complaint that had been made regarding something I’d posted. My account name was BritishBloke.
During this conversation I stated that it believed it was heavy handed and that a conversation could have been had instead of me being kicked without warning and I made my point that I thought VIPs should be treated better than this as without our support the site would not exist. This was purely my opinion of course.
I was therefore very surprised when 24 hours later I find I’ve now been site banned with the reason given being “Fraudulent dispute of VIP charges”. Has there been some kind of misunderstanding?? I have not made any kind of fraudulent assertion at all. The definition fraud being to gain or attempt to gain a monetary or pecuniary advantage by use of deceit. I have done no such thing. Furthermore I was not rude, did not use offensive language or lose my temper, I don’t know the mod personally so I don’t know if she has maybe misunderstood what I have said but I would kindly request that my account be reinstated please so that I can confine to enjoy the benefits of my VIP status.
I think this has been a clear misunderstanding and I would be grateful if the matter can be resolved asap.
