How to upgrade

  1. Log in to the chat with a registered account. Guest accounts cannot buy VIP, but registering is free.
  2. Open the Store from the left menu, or tap the blue diamond at the bottom right of the chat.
  3. On the VIP tab, select Lifetime VIP.
  4. Choose Myself, then enter your card details and pay. VIP switches on right away.

Give VIP as a gift

Follow the same steps, but choose Someone else and type the username of the member you want to upgrade. Existing VIPs can gift it too. A few rules apply:

  • The person must be a registered member. VIP cannot be sent to a guest.
  • They cannot already be a VIP or hold a higher rank.
  • You cannot send a VIP gift to yourself. Use Myself instead.

Paying and declined cards

You can pay with a debit card, credit card or prepaid gift card. The card must be your own.

If your card is declined, a billing address form appears. Enter the address your card is registered to and submit again. Banks often approve the payment once the address matches.
There are no refunds, so please be sure before you buy. Any fraudulent payment results in a permanent ban and a referral to law enforcement.

Does VIP ever expire?No. Lifetime VIP stays on your account for good.

Will I be charged again later?No. Lifetime VIP is a single payment of $20.00. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Do I need to be registered?Yes. VIP is attached to your account, so guests need to register first. It is free.

How can I pay?With a debit card, credit card or prepaid gift card in your own name.

Can I get a refund?No. All VIP purchases are final, so please check the features above before you buy.

Can other members tell I am VIP?Yes. VIPs carry a VIP badge, and features like colored names and profile styling are visible to everyone in the room.

Does my VIP work on other chat sites?No. VIP belongs to your Adult Chat Net account only. Other chat sites have their own separate accounts.

Can I give VIP to a friend?Yes. Choose Someone else at checkout and enter their username. See Give VIP as a gift above.
