Banned for Spam

I was banned from your Chat Room for spam. Looking at the forums, a lot of people were banned for the same reasons. I'm sure it is an algorithm that bans individuals, but for almost no reason at all. I was chatting with a Friend when I was banned from spam. I do not use any external apps like some people in the main room ask you to participate in. The only thing I ever upload might be photos of me and my wife.

I cannot understand why I have been banned.

Would you please review my situation and un ban me.
