Banned for spam

I got banned for spam but I wasn't typing in the room or spamming, I didn't have an account and was a guest please help

On Friday, I was banned for spam. In no way was I spamming. In fact, I usually try to block individuals uploading the long spamming posts in the main room. Please let me know if you can research and unlock my Chat Account.
