Banned for spam

My id name is Sonal on level 89,
My account was wrongfully banned, the reason given to me is wrong and just a misunderstanding. I have already told you i was discussing MY life memories not something else, still it's over a week my account is banned. I would like to clear this misunderstanding and please unban my account.

As i said it was a misunderstanding, i was not discussing underage, one of my friends there was asking about my life and asking me whether i am married and i have kids or not and this was flagged as discussing underage.
As i told you earlier it was about my life and nothing inappropriate.
